The Chain of Craters Hiker Hideout was once a rustic cabin along the Continental Divide Trail. Unfortunately the cabin was destroyed in a wildfire in the summer of 2022. What remains are primitive, hike-in, campsites. All sites are first come, first serve. Camping permits are $5.00 per site, limit 2 adults, maximum stay 5 nights.
